We’re an independently owned provider of workplace hygiene and washroom services. With over 30 years of industry experience, we’re specialists at creating safer working environments and servicing washrooms in busy facilities.
At the start of our journey, we wanted to challenge ourselves, and the industry more widely, to promote service, safety and sustainability. It’s this commitment that enables us to understand the challenges you and your facility face and ensures we provide the right workplace hygiene and washroom service solution to best meet your needs.
We believe in changing the way our industry approaches sustainability and deals with its hygiene waste. The hygiene waste we collect is never sent to landfill. Instead, it’s recovered and sent to local energy from waste (EfW) plants. Here, it’s turned into a renewable fuel source which is used to power our homes, hospitals, schools and businesses.

Our purpose is to provide businesses with outstanding washroom and hygiene services while holding ourselves to a higher standard – one that prioritises the wellbeing of people, reduces the use of virgin materials in our products, and the long-term health of our planet. Sustainability is embedded into our operations, not treated as an add-on. We send zero hygiene waste to landfill, and reducing resource consumption – from energy and water to materials and packaging – is a core focus across everything we do. We’ve implemented new route management technologies to reduce the impact of our operations, and we continuously look for ways to do more with less at every stage of our process. We work with forward-thinking suppliers and partners who share our values, and we continuously review our practices to ensure our environmental impact improves over time.

We achieved 100% service delivery in 2025 and 98% of our clients rate our service ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’. We believe that operational excellence and ethical responsibility reinforce each other – clients who trust us to show up reliably are also choosing a partner who takes its wider responsibilities seriously.
