Located in the Harvey Centre in Harlow, the food bank is a lifeline for individuals and families facing hardship. At Simply Washrooms, we’re proud to contribute in ways that truly make a difference.
Our Ongoing Efforts
Provision of Essential Food Supplies
Every quarter, we provide the contents for nearly two tonnes of food parcels. These parcels are carefully packed with balanced and essential items designed to offer meaningful support to people in need. By maintaining this consistent level of support, we ensure that the food bank has the resources to meet the growing demand in the Harlow community.
This commitment is part of our broader dedication to doing our part and helping create a more sustainable, community-focused future.
Volunteering with Purpose
Financial contributions are just one part of how we support the food bank. We also provide hands-on help. Each quarter, a dedicated team of our employees volunteers their time to pack and prepare the food parcels for distribution. Team members work together to ensure the parcels are efficiently packed and ready to be shipped to their new home in the Harvey Centre.
This effort goes beyond logistics. It’s about fostering connections, strengthening community bonds, and being physically present to contribute to an effort we believe in.
