Giving back

We launched our Workplace Giving Programme (WGP) whereby a percentage of our profits are allocated to charitable causes every year. The initiative gives our team the ability to choose our charity partners – connecting our people with causes close to their hearts. 

We believe in creating a team whereby everyone feels valued. Our Profit Share Scheme is open to all our employees enabling us to share the success of our business with our people.

Gender pay gap

We annually review our gender pay profile and we’re proud that we have a fair and equal workplace for all. In 2026, over 80% of management roles in the business were held by female employees.

A Living Wage Employer 

Over 9000 organisations, including Simply Washrooms, voluntarily choose to pay the real Living Wage because we believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.

This commitment applies to not only directly employed staff but also to our third-party contracted staff. Simply Washrooms have ensured that all our third-party contracted staff are paid the real Living Wage.
