Supporting our local communities
Company-wide we’re committed to having a positive impact in the communities where we work and live. Each of our regions has an annual budget to support charitable and community causes within its area of operation.
St Clare Hospice, Harlow Essex
Our Southeast team has supported St Clare Hospice, a local charity providing free, compassionate care for adults with life-limiting illnesses, for over nine years. We provide our washroom services free of charge and as one of our charity partners, our team has taken part in some incredible challenges over the years, raising thousands of pounds for the Hospice.
Sue Ryder and Longfield Hospices
Our Southwest team supports two local hospices – Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice in Cheltenham and Longfield Hospice in Minchinhampton. The team have raised a huge amount of money for the Hospices through some fantastic fundraising initiatives including marathons, half marathons, sky diving and fire walking.
Every year the team supports Sue Ryders Cheltenham Half Marathon, Starlight Hike Walk and Rider for Ryder by providing hand sanitiser stations and logistical set up and support.
